Transition Program in Special Education is specifically design for student with special needs ages 10-18 years old. This program focuses in addressing adolescence activities of daily living and acquiring skills for employment after they graduated from the program.

Domains:

• Money Management – Dealing with finances from making a budget, banking, saving, and investing money.
• Personal Hygiene –Taking care of oneself and leading a healthy lifestyle.
• Housekeeping – Practicing duties, routines, cleaning, organizing, safety practice, and orderly conditions in the workplace and at home.
• Interpersonal Skills – Learning the skills and attributes associated with emotional intelligence. managing their own emotions and enabling them to work well in a team or group or other people.

Pre-vocational skills

Pre vocational skills in Special Education is specifically design for student with special needs ages 16-18 years old. This program focuses in addressing the life skills of the student. Currently, the prevocational program has three strands:

• Clerical – This is meant to simulate jobs that are done in the office.
• Food Service – This is meant to simulate jobs that done in the food service industry.
• Materials Handling – This is meant to simulate jobs that create products to be sold.
